We accept payments through Paystack, which supports various payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery options?

We offer several delivery options:

  • Ibadan Delivery: Same day (if ordered before 10am) or next day delivery
  • Home Delivery (Interstate): 4-7 working days via logistics company
  • Pick Up: Available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm
  • Interstate Park Delivery: 24-48 hours with N1000 extra charge

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number. You can also view all your orders in your account under My Orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide with the use of logistics services such as TRUKKERS, DHL, GIG etc. However if you have a preferred logistics service you’ll love to use kindly contact us just immediately after placing your order and make sure to click the PICK UP option on the website when ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Orders sent in good conditions cannot be returned. We also do not offer product exchanges. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We always take pictures of our orders before sending out and we ensure to pack it neatly and tightly sealed. In cases of damaged goods we usually hold the delivery company responsible for that. Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked.

Can I get product recommendations?

Absolutely! These are the session packages we have for now:-
A one time off online session + 1 follow up session afterwards-15,000
An online session+1 month full access- 30,000
Walk in physical session requires you make a deposit of 20,000 to book your appointment and it is later subtracted from total purchase made after the session. .
