Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of purchase/receipt for unused, unopened products with original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days after product inspection and approval.

Custom orders or clearance items are non-refundable.

GBS will not be responsible for cost incurred during returns.
